What are the best business schools in America?

Can you answer HopelessHeart’s question about MBA?:

I just found out today that I’m too late to buy the “Best 237 Business Schools” by Princeton Review. But I’d still like to know what the best schools are so if you own the book and can tell me some of the schools or even if you know where I can find a list myself, or if you know of the best schools yourself.

MBA Feedback: ok i’m looking at business schools myself so I would say it varies by the kind of business you’re looking at studying (finance, non-profit, entrepreneurship, operations, marketing, management, accounting etc). But generally accepted, the best are: Harvard, Stanford, UPenn (WHarton), MIT (Sloan), UC-Berkeley (Haas), UCLA (Anderson), Northwestern (Kellogg), Columbia, UChicago… and those are just a few: the top/best varies depending on what field of business you’re looking to focus on.
